    oh duh, didnt register that. yeah im pretty sure where im gonna get them from they are captive bred

    Most likely not unless they are brownbanded or other catsharks (except for Izu) or an aquarium. Angels are still not compatible, no matter how many times you try to ignore that. That tank is acrylic but I would suggest going plywood or fiberglass for the back and sides, you could save upwards of 5-10K

    how would you seal the plywood? would you use somthing like dri lock and paint it?

    Plywood, then spray over with fiberglass.

    i just dont get the angel thing, ive seen them kept with black tips lots of places. theres a restaraunt by me that has a black tip in a tank with like 20 angels.

    i think ill just try one angel and see how it goes

    i dont think were gonna do that. it doesnt seem like it would be solid enough to hold thousands of pounds of pressure.

    Fiberglass is quite strong, some cars are made out of fiberglass. I would immagine that if it were done right and were thick enough it would work just fine.

    i was speaking about the plywood, i wouldnt mind doing the fiberglass. but it just seems one solid tank of acrylic would be much more sturdy.
