Panfish-- Ya you prob saw a limit sign instead of protection. People have a tendency to kill sharks when they catch them (surprise surprise).. Regardless of what they do with it after. You used to be able to pump out sharks and keep them all day long, but in the past few years there's been quite a few diff shark species along with bonnets getting slapped with limits. Along with many many other sport fish actually. They're about lower the trout limit here from 10 a day per person, to 5.. Not cool.

lol yeah.. People get on google and search they're max sizes and think thats how big there's will get.. Sharks, along with all other fish won't normally grow to their max potential in captivity. Nor grow as quickly.

Most all sharks are very adaptable to temps. Of course you won't see too many sharks other than salmon sharks in arctic waters, most have the capability to go wherever they like.. They just don't because not all can or need to travel far.. Aside from great whites.

is this a real tank? how big will it be?

bonnetheads are a good size shark, I dont doubt that black tips and other sharks die before they reach full size in captivity.

Yeah, I've caught 5 in a day once. Cool, just the shipping charges are going to be astronomical They cant pump water through their gills like a nurse so they need to be shipped in big fiberglass boxes which will charge you a huge amount of money since there is a danger of crashing the plane. Watch shark weeks "sharks under glass" on netflix. It details the shipping of a bonnethead to a public aquarium.
Here are my catches for aw1447 caught off Big Pine Key, Florida:
