    Check out getting a shimano curado. They'll be at ANY sporting goods store, they're a metallic green color. I have the older model, its the best reel out there. I've had my for years. Then I'd suggest a standard 7ft graphite rod of your choice.

    There's really no specific domain for most sharks in terms of deep and shallow water. It all depends where the food is. I've caught black tips in knee high waters, and I've caught hammers and bonnet's in the same. Although, I've also caught them miles offshore... Like I said, sharks are very adaptable.

    Blacktips are Pacific, and bonnetheads are Atlantic (?)

    my dad has kept sharks many times before, we are no way underestimating these things. as you ca tell from all the large filtration systems mentioned and large tank. we are hell bent on a shark system for our new house. weve had many reefs in the past and would prefer a shark tank to be the first thing people see when they walk into our house. but we may have some coral in there. im not sure how well light it but maybe non photosynthetic coral on the bottom and some more light demanding ones on the top part of the rocks.

    there are pacific and atlantic bonnetheads. in this case it doesnt really matter. we put fish from different regions in the same tank all the time. this is no different

    haha well i want to be sure with such a large tank. it seems you are acting as if you have much experience in this area. have you kept a shark tank before?

    2 bonnetheads
