Hey, check out bashsea.com, does the best custom filtration. Not only does it work, its artsy! I would ask him about a bio reactor, my LFS uses an 8ft one on there 1200 gallon FO system. I know steve personally, awesome guy to work with.

 

are you sure they would be big enough? how would i put a fuge on such a big tank?

 

i really like his pumps may consider some of those, also the sump they show under custon bashsea. and the hot rod category thats pretty funny. or the filters under commercial look like they could do the job

I would not do a fuge on a FO, unless you really wanted to. This is what I would recommend. The one pictured is 8'x2' at the LFS I work at. These BioReactors are designed for big FO or FOWLR setups. That plus a big tall industrial beckett from him (the one at my LFS is 12' tall) and you should be good. If you want a fusge he has a custom one at the store for the 900 gallon invert system 96X48X24.

BTW he made himself a 800 gallon full circle shark tank, its awesome, right in his house!

 

would it have to be fish only? what kind of lighting would i have to have over the tank to keep even some softies? probably some freaking big halides.

 

we already have a custom skimmer being made as we speak, very big, about 6 feet tall.
