Shark Lagoon With A Purpose

Hi everyone,

This video was filmed at Theater of the Sea where they have a very large shark lagoon. The lagoon uses natural sea water. They have a shark interactive program that they do here that will change your perspective on sharks. Check it out.

I enjoyed the video very much. Anything you can do to preserve such a great creature is wonderful. That the sharks have individual personalities does not surprise me. It must be fascinating and rewarding to spend so much time interacting with them. Conservation is indeed the key, and I applaud your efforts to spread the word.

And I certainly don't understand the Shark Fin soup thing.

Personally, I'd never even try it do the the nature of how they usually get the fins, even if I could afford it.

Really, even sharks like Leopard, Nurse...Or are you just saying that because you want to go to FL and meet shark trainers. :

 

Nurse sharks get big! Obviously, at least to me, size plays a big factor. Heck, I used to be scared of sharks in the lakes in Washington. It really has nothing to do with being reasonable
