Most shark species are endangered or close to it due to shark finning for the asian market and you really shouldn't be buying, eating or feeding anything containing shark products!!:angry::angry:

What is the best shark to catch and eat? I have read that the bonnethead shark is not very tasty. Any suggestions?

I have eaten mako shark steak a time or two, its really not bad.. it was fed to me while a guest at a home, so I didn't really want to offend the host. When I take the boat offshore and I hook up a shark, I always cut the line at the boat. they are such a beneficial species and should be left to keep things in check..
