Shark or Octipus in fish tank

    Hi, I was wondering if there is any sharks or octipus i can fit in my 40g saltwater fish tank?

    Sharks no, Octopus yes but you will need to cover the tank tightly and make sure all openings are smaller than the octopus can squeeze through or you will have octopus jerky.

    will it eat any of my other fish and what do i feed it?

    It most likely will eat you fish if it can catch it. Generally they eat crustaceans.

    They need to challenged all the time. Like you rearranging rock work, or placing a pvc pipe inside so he can play with it. Otherwise they die of Bordon. Also from what I understand they only live 1-1.5yrs in captivity.

    They are a challange secondary to their intelligence level and ability to escape most aquariums. Octopi require much more care than the average fish. Not a purchase to be made lightly.

    or dont put other fish that you want to keep in a tank with an Octopus
