    If you have watched cleaner shrimp cleaning fish, you might find this interesting: Researchers at James Cook University in Australia have observed sharks and rays gathering at special spots at the Great Barrier Reef and Osprey Reef for regular cleanings from cleaner fish. They noticed that certain posturing initiated cleanings - for the rays they ceased all fin movements and the sharks had a vertical approach with their heads pointed toward the surface. There appears to be a strong correlation with tides as a lot of the occurrences were observed during ebb tides.
