    Then maybe get a small hack saw with a mason blade and buy cheep rock. Probably cut through it pretty quick and the cheapest place I've found dry cock would be reefcleaners.org

    More on topic, if you're anywhere near Columbia station, I know aquatic technologies out there had a small supply of shelf-ish rock that was mixed in with their base rock. Can't really comment on the quality of pieces as I was just glancing at the time, but iirc it was only like $2.50/lb.

    marco rock, great shelf rock and free shipping. great prices too. thats the most economical way. locally you never know what your getting really. i highly suggest marco.
