Ugh! Irritated. A shipping company is supposed to bring my fish order today. They came, dropped off other packages, and did not leave my livestock package. Tracking info says the box is on the vehicle for delivery, but now gives no estimated arrival time, whereas before it said by 3pm. It's now 3:40pm. Normally I wouldn't panic and just figure they are late, but since they already came and didn't leave the livestock, I'm worrying.

Do you think the livestock box could be on a separate truck? Seems weird they would split up the boxes going to the same address....

Just panicking a bit. Is there anyone I can call to find out about this?!

You can definitely call and try for more info. It is also likely the driver missed it, and it's still on the truck, in which case he'll be back once he catches it.

If you call, dispatch might make him aware of it before he realizes he missed it.

Sorry KC about the irritation and frustration. If they have already dropped off the other packages I would assume that the fish order is either on a different truck or lost. I would try and call the carrier and ask for some information on the shipment and would probably call the retailer you bought the fish from and let them know what is going on. I hope everything works out for you.

Thanks guys!! I figured it was different trucks, especially with the holidays, but I just worry about the fish so much. Poor things! At least it isn't *too* cold today.

If I don't get anything by 4:30 or so I'll call and see if they can give me any information.

Hope it all came out alright! I hate ordering anything especially this time of year, something is bound to go wrong.

Blah...so nothing yet. Just checked the tracking and now there is not even an estimated arrival DATE. At all. Argh! I'm going to have to call.

Sorry KC, hope it comes... I hate hearing when people get bad service from the delivery company...I always worry when it's more than 10-15 min late

Damn, that really sucks, KC! :( Sorry about the frustration.
