    I would suspect you would find a warning such as this on any extension cord. I recommend that if you are using a GFCI, utilize 2 circuits. For instance the powerheads would be on circuit one and the return pump, protein skimmer, other filters in sump on a different circuit. That way if one blows, you still have water movement.
