    Yes, and here I was thinking that the GFCI on the wall would do something to help me. I knew that it might not trip right away if it didn't get wet, but my lack of extensive electrical knowledge got me zapped. For some reason I thought that maybe if the strip got wet it would either blow the fuse on the strip or somehow trip the GFCI on the wall. Neither happened, as I had to grin and bear the shock while trying to unplug...
