I have a 75 gallon tank that ill be starting up shortly for a FOWLR, sump is sorta not a option at the moment, so looking for a nice HOB protein skimmer, after all the research i think i was going to get

AquaC Remora Pro Protein Skimmer With Mag-Drive 3 Pump

will this be suitable for my tank, not looking to spend 500+ on a protein skimmer, i would if i could but just out my budget, probably be willing to go 300 Max.

    Any suggestions?

I heard the same. The Aqua C's seem to be the highest rated of the reasonably priced skimmers.

It's a good skimmer, but IMO it's overrated as far as tank size goes. The max on the HOB Remora Skimmer is 75 gal. I would try to get a skimmer that is rated around 100 gal or even larger. I use a Precision Marine RL125 on my 55. I love it. It's not too expensive and works great.
