Have only heard bad things about them. Usually something along poor livestock and DOAs.

    No personal experience though.

elweshomayor--If for no other reason, you might consider purchasing online from 3reef sponsors because they have an arrangement with 3reef. As a result, they know their customers are frequenting this site, and make it a point to satisfy their customers to maintain a good standing in the community, both here and online in general. Afterall, if you owned a corner store, wouldn't you make it a part of your business practice to treat regulars and locals right; so they'll keep coming back?

Generally speaking; when a vendor has an ulterior motive besides making money, the customer is in an inherently better position to benefit, get their money's worth, and be happier with their purchase.

Sparky makes a great point! Plus I have heard only bad things about saltwaterfish.com. Actually there was a thread a couple of days ago about a powder blue tang that was the skinniest thing I have ever seen.

Since I have no LFS, I buy literally everything online.
    I would avoid saltwaterfish.com ;)
I buy certain things from different places. Clean up crew, macros, and rock I all get at reefcleaners.org. Corals I buy at reefgardener.net. Fish, I have yet to try, but I hear nothing but good things from live aquaria and vivid aquariums also.

i get everything i buy online from liveaquaria including live rock. even when i did fowlr tanks i always got beautiful rock and usually they run a special on the fiji rock every other week. always got awesome fish too. even done the build your own clean up crew and if you spend 60 bucks it ships for free which is not hard to do in this hobby.
