they ship overnight in semi temperature controlled styrofoam packages. by temp. controlled they either put heat packs or cool packs in the package and they bag everything nice. they even provide acclimation instructions.

My 1st order from them was horrible. However I got my money back because they sent me already sick fish. Their customer service was awesome and I received a refund faster then any other site I've ever bought from.

I recently Purchased a Chevron tang from them and he came pretty thin, Once again not very impressed. But I've gotten the little bugger fattened up. At all cost I would say avoid them(even though I didnt). Liveaquaria/Divers Den has great customer service, and amazing specimens.

Just my two cents, I ordered snails from them as part of my cleaner crew for my 55 gal, and they arrived DOA. I followed their procedures, and got a in-store credit of $39.96. To make a new order from them, you have to spend at least $39.99 on a live goods order. When I go to apply my in-store credit, it lowers the total cost, so then I have to buy a much more stuff to once again meet their minimum order requirement.

At this point I'm not sure what to do, simply cause I'd like to get my $40 back.

Ack! Thats no good. When I got my 1st naso tang from them It came with some sort of cancer as the lady put it that I talked with... Started with an L, i believe. They just refunded the whole amount of everything to me card even though the fish hadnt passed at the moment... I should Upload a picture I took of the chevron tang from the top if I can find it. I think the nickel I'm holding in this picture probably was almost thicker then the fish. :(

His gill areas also are pretty red but it has reduced since and hes getting fat, least those are some good signs.
