hi i've had a huge bloom of baby snails in my tank, i see them all the time at first i was like "awesome" but now i wonder if their something i should be worried about. Their not very big and even the ones i've had for months now seemto stay small, i see more and more babies on the glass on the rock...just wanted some input i've attached a photo, thanks in advanced.

Are you referring to the nerite-looking snail?

the little tiny brown and white one thats in focus.

they do not get bigger then that though. i've had a few that have been there for months and they just stay small but at first i was excited now i'm just worried since theres a ton of them that ...it might not be reefsafe? just wanted to make sure they are since there are a ton.

after checking out some pics i dont think its a nerite snail either :/

Collonista snail or "mini turbo snail" Great little alage munchers. They are reef safe from what I have read.

Yes, it's a Collonista, and is reef safe.

    Cheers,
