should i be using this canister?

I have a 75 gallon reef with 75 lbs live rock and bio rings in my skimmer.

1 seio 620 and 1 275gph aquaclear for flow.

I also have a fluval fx5 with foam filters and more bio rings,it gives over 900 gph added flow.

should i get rid of the canister and use cash to buy other stuff,leave as is,or remove media and use for the added flow?

I'd have to leave this to the opinion of your livestock and how often your willing to maintain the equipment in my opinion more flow is always good for keeping waste suspended but some live stock do not like heavy direct flow also a canister filter should be maintained as often as possible no less then once a week or the waste is the foam pads will start to break down and cause spikes in your system
