Should i blow out my fuge?

my fuge is setup in the first chamber of my sump from the dt. than the center with the skimmer and last is the return chamber. When i do my water changes, i always blow out the last two chambers. should i blow out the bottom of my fuge? The fuge is setup with cheato, and some macro. They are sitting on eggcrate a couple of inches above the bottom which is bare. Should i blow off the bottom of the fuge?

If you can get to it without making a mess i would, maybe not everytime i did water changes but enough that i knew it was clean

 

any other opinions?

I wouldnt let things build up. I'd recommend cleaning it out so you are sure your not fostering nutrients in your sump.
