coral grow out tank - YouTube

You can see the corals in this video. A friend wants to sell me for $100. He said

"all the gsp which is like like 80 dollars worth at least now and thats like 5 pounds of good live rock.. that 4 head brain coral, the toadstool which wasnt open in video..and some yellow star polyps ..so figure at my discount , say 60 for the gsp, 25 for toadstool and yellow star polyps and 15 for brain since thats like a 50 dollar head which eats like 12 pellets every other night ..100 and the mushroom"

so should i go for it? deff worth over 100$ right?

I am not sure where you are from... but here in Indiana corals cost a fortune. Where I am from, that is not a bad price(most fist sized corals here go for at least $65 at lfs)... But live rock goes for $8 /lb here too, and not even the good stuff. All of those corals are very common and grow pretty fast... Especially the green and yellow star polyps. Is it cheaper than a fish store, yes. None of those corals really excite me much tho... go to live aquaria.com and look in the divers den to compare prices.

I would recommend not buying any mushroom polyps/aiptasias with the sale. I can't figure out why people like mushroom polyps... They invaded my 150 gallon and I could never get rid of them. Spread like the plague...
