Should I dose or do something different

    Yes you sure can but you need to ensure that the concentration ratio remains the same. so if you where to add an additional 10% of dry chemistry for CA you need to increase the ALK by 10%. Then when remixing you have to make sure it's the same. Or adjust your pumps to compensate

    Well I am not sure why you would need to do that.I only increase my calcium as the Alk. does not become depleted as fast. As long as you are correctly dosing the right ammounts the ratio of added dry material should not matter.:confused:
    P.S. I am manually dosing as is Jay.

    I am doing 2 ounces of calcium and Alk. a day (with the calcium buffer adjusted to a higher concentration after using and testing for a couple of weeks.) but I have very few LPS and 2 clams.;)
