    My current stocking is in the signature, N. wennerae is a mantis shrimp, but hes trained and doesnt go after fish.

    I dont want a goby, and i don't mind trading in my firefish.

    Thought your goals were to sell off the livestock & switch to a ULNS SPS system?

    No go on the ULNS, :-/ so i figured the i could add another fish, and get mangroves to take care of the trates and phos, so it would still be suitable for SPS.

    Does that sound good?

    I would get a Helfrichi firefish. How about a dartfish?

    your gonna want to hit your other thread as well as do some research into mangroves. while they can be used to assist filtration they are far from the best choice for macro filtration.

    Even if the mantis is trained, I would still be a little nervous to add such an expensive fish with the mantis in there.

    What about a yellow tailed damsel?

    A good refugium with some macro algae like chaeto and mangroves and some pieces of LR would do wonders. :D

    well i already have a firefish, i think they would fight?

    I also plan to run some chaeto with it, sorry for not being clear.

    Yeah thats what i'm saying thats why i bought the little 7$ firefish, just to train him.
    Pretty much what i plan on doing minus the refugium :p
