What will dropping them mean for you in the long run.

Forgive me, I'm still not use to the US grade labels. What grade are you in? And this is suppose to happen in which grade?

I would have had to think long and hard before I let mine do that when they were that age.

    Dude:
Do NOT drop out of honors class no matter what you do.
You have to decide what it is that you want. Do you take part in any school activities after school that may conflict with you college classes?
Is there any REAL reason why you can not take these classes?

My daughter had this same opportunity but passed on it only because she would have had to give up high school band. Band is very important to her, she plans on having a music major, if not for that she would have done it.

What is your life like, what are your plans for the future? This is an excellent way to get a head start on your future, go for it.

Nope, no school activities that will conflict with college. I'm going to become a pharmacist.

It's a great opportunity, but you should put serious thought into it. Right now you are in high school. Given that you are in high school right now, I don't think it would be wise to drop high school honors courses to take a college course. You can tackle college when you get to it. Right now, I would deal with high school, and deal with college later. With all that extra work, you could hurt your high school performance, which could impact the kind of education opportunities you get later when applying to colleges. I'm neither for or against it, but I believe you should take a while to think about it before jumping in.

I won't drop out of my honors classes. The college classes are only on Saturday anyway. Almost done with my forms to send.

Does your high school offer dual enrollment or AP courses?
