You should definitely take advantage of this opportunity. Im 22 in college and have changed my major 4 times now. The loans are staring to build up. Trust me man, take this chance to get a head start in life.

    Not good advise.
If you just graduate YOU will have to find a job. If you graduate with honors, Employers will come looking for you.

I would not pass this opportunity up. This basically cuts 1.5 years off of your college career. If I can remember correctly I believe the average courseload for a semester is 15 hours. I would say get these classes out of the way now.

I would have to assume these classes are all 101 courses. Most of these courses everyone has to take and because of this they are a bit easier to pass. I had to take every class you put down minus the Multiculturalism class. I took macroeconomics instead, but all of these classes are fairly simple. Buy the books online and save yourself a ton of money. Sometimes the required books aren't even used by your professors. Don't rush out and buy the books before the class starts. Buy them after your first class to see if the professor will even use them. Most of the time you can get by without a book as long as you take fairly decent notes.

The best advice I can give:
College is all about moderation and balance.

Employers don't scout high school grads :p.

In college the best path is to keep you GPA high so when the job fair comes around you will be chosen for a internship, that will give you valuable real life experience. If your lucky the company will like you and save a job for you when you graduate.

Honestly, no one ever looked at my grades.... only the diploma.

Of course, don't ever let your GPA fall below a 3.0 on a four point scale. Many doors will close with a 2.9 that would otherwise be open with a 3.0.

You never had to send your transcripts for any job?

I agree that once you get into college your high school grades don't matter, but it's hard to believe nobody would want to look at your college transcripts.

Good choice on taking the college classes early, I wish I could have since my H.S. AP classes were easy for me.
Most of my Jr. college classes were easy as well. Most of the time I couldn't afford all the books for my classes, but I've always taken good notes and many of the classes have a copy or two of the textbook in the library so I used that and took photocopies of any needed info/charts.

The advice to shop online is a good one and don't be afraid of using last years version since they usually only make minor changes then release a new version to make students have to buy new and not save money with a used book, a despicable practice in my opinion. If the professor is the author/co-author then I'd really not be too keen on getting the new version since they are most likely just lining their pockets at the expense of the students.

Best of luck to you and I know you'll be thankful that you took advantage of the opportunity to get a jump on your continuing education.

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking should I go out of state and join a 5-6year pharmacy program after high school?
