Should I have my flow pumps going during cycle?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    I have 2 320 gph and a 450 gph flow pumps going right now.

    i had my filter pumps on all the time but my powerheads just every once in awhile

    during cycle, I'd say yes, all the time... it'll be good to blow off any die-off on the rocks, so it doesn't just sit there and rot...

    I would keep them on. It will help keep good flow to facilitate the growth in your live rock. It will also help facilitate keeping an eye on any dead spots so you can make any adjustments to your scape.

    Great advice everyone. I think I'll leave them on, I like the idea of finding any dead spots etc.
