Should I move these mushrooms?

    They'll also move out of the light themselves if it is too much.

    I have had them shrivel up and die before aclimating or moving before too, so somtimes moving is faster and better than loosing them, IMO.

    I would move the rock to a lower position. Why fight want the corals desire? Try to give them everything you can to make them healthy. High light from a T-5 at the top of the tank is not an ideal condition for any mushroom. Most of them will live that way but they would usually do better at halfway down or lower in your tank with those lights.
