I have a 56 gallon tank I have about 60 pounds of dry rock and seeded it with about 10 pounds of fully cured live rock. I had it running for about 5 days then I put the shrimp in and its been in for about 6 days now. I'm testing about .5ppm ammonia .5ppm nitrites and about 20ppm nitrates. My ammonia and my nitrites did jump but they seem to be holding steady now. Its a decent sized shrimp should I take it out? Thanks in advice for any advice. :) btw I have a few feather dusters that are coming out currently should they be they actually seem to be getting larger?

The feather dusters probably won't get much larger than what they are now. At least not the type that grows on live rock.

I just left mine in there until the cycle was finished and my CUC took care of it when I added them. Your call though...

Silly me, when I read the title, I thought you had something like a live cleaner shrimp, and were wondering about it!

    Good advice you have
