I guess my biggest concern is if the Skimmer, which is working great by the way (Thanks! Again), is skimming it up before the coral absorb it. Basically, am I wasting it by dosing with skimmer running?

I doubt the skimmer will remove it faster than which the coral will use it. I thought your concern was the skimmer might react to the chemicals and do some serious wet skimming leading to overflow all over the floor, hahaha!! I know about that.

This is what happens to me, so for this reason alone I would turn the skimmer off for a few hours after dosing.
