switch to a reef type salt?

I started my tank as a FOWLR using Red Sea Salt. However, I have recently added a few frags that were on sale at my lfs. I now have a xenia, briarium, star polyps, mean green and whammin watermelon. Should I now change my salt? I was thinking of using Red Sea Coral Pro. Thoughts??

Instant ocean reef crystals is probably the most popular. I wouldn't use anything else personally.

Anyone know the details of the differences, and why they are beneficial?

The salt you are currently using will be fine.
You do not need to change IMO.

This is true. Salt changes can also be stressful to tank inhabitants keep in mind.

OK. Would there ever be a point where I would need to change to a reef mixture? Would I be better off using what I started with and adding supplements that the corals need?
