show me your t5 fixture mount DIY ??? and what fuge light can i buy at walmart..led?

whats up group..my t5 fixture im putting on my 20 gallon doesnt have the mounting legs..so can some people give me some ideas of how i can go about making a mount that i can get materials from walmart since im about to go there and get groceries..

i saw one guy on another thread that took some like cage stuff the was the width of the tank and just ziptied the fixture to it and he can adjust everything pretty easy..and it looked pretty clean..the fixture is a 36" going on a 30" tank so there will be a little overhand but wont have any shade spots on the side..


also my fuge light i have now is WAYY to powerful on my 30 gallon and i noticed a tiny bit of cyano on the side of my fuge..its a 40 watt lamp with one of the spiral 6500k bulbs but its like a 30 watt which turns out the be like 80 something watts..and i just have a hang on fuge that isnt big..so what led light could i buy at walmart that will grow cheato..would any of those undercabinet leds work..
