I have a pair of skunk shrimp and one appears to have a multitude of eggs tucked up in its tail and the other looks to have some. whats the deal?

    HI ,
I may set up a maturnity tank for my pair and put in a small spunge filter similar to a sea horse nursery most aggresive filtration will remove the babies,.may add some live sand and rock, I ve read you need to remove the mother shrimp as soon as they hatch-out to prevent any munching.
Not sure if algae is the food or maybe some flake.
It would be great to have a few they get 29 bucks a pop for those skunks locally in VA.
    Dang they are expensive.
