will the blood red shrimp clean? or is it only the scarlett skunk that are pretty much guaranteed to clean?

My cleaner shrimp has done just fine with a tiger pistol shrimp and is now doing just fine with a LARGE japanese snappiing shrimp (red pistol shrimp)

i go out of my way to make sure the pistol is spot fed to make sure he is full. It snaps alot at night and never harms other inverts or fish.

my scarlet skunk cleaner was a VERY aggressive cleaner at the LFS. it has taken it a couple of months to begin to clean anything. It now only cleans my pajama cardinals at night and my arm when doing tank work during the day.

i believe that each individual shrimp will be different

right, but do the blood red fire shrimp clean as much as the scarlett skunk? is one more hit or miss than the other is what I'm asking? like coral banded seem like its pretty hit or miss, scarlett skunk seem like you have a decent shot at them being a cleaner.

If I could pick up at aquacon, I'd probably buy from them too depending on how their livestock looked LOL. I've heard a lot of bad things, plus they've been using a picture of mine to sell livestock (copyright violation & making money off of my work) without my permission since 2003 and won't take it down, so I'd say I'm a little biased against people with ethics like that.

they sure as heck weren't friendly on the phone, but its a gigantic hassle to get things shipped when people work and they have a big selection so we can do it once and be done for awhile and not get rooked at the local store.
