my chalice has a few cracks in between it and the frag plug and I've seen a shrimp thing that came out of one to get some food! it's really fast and very small 1\4 of a cm is my guess and it has some white spots and black! does anyone know what it is? TIA!;D

probably an amphmipod, i have some that hide in a favia skeleton and SPS skeleton. they are good, just make sure they aren't irritating the coral.

true, and its quite comical when he finds the ones in the SPS skeleton, because for some reason he doesnt want to hammer the skeleton, but he just sits there and watches it, then they dive into the sand bed and he goes crazy! I really need to get a video of it

do it, get like a 10-20 gal and get a mantis, probably a peacock or N.wennerae (most interactive and active). i tell you they make great entertainment too.
