Guys, need a little assistance here..
My Purple Anemone while I was at work expelled a bunch of "something" not sure what it was... There is a PIC
1.5 hours later when I could come home from work I found it what looked to be perfectly flat.

So at this point I think it is dead, right... NOPE..
I touched it and it jumped. I am telling you this thing was no higher that 1/4 of an inch (there must be a bit burried under the sand)

Anyway.. can anyone tell me what happened?
    My water paramters are
    SAL 1.025
    PH 8.3
    Ammonia 0
    N02 0
    NO3 0
    ALK 11
    Phos .25
    Calcium 380
Tested just after I got home..
    Oh 78degrees F

    80lbs of live rock
    1 yellow chromis
    2 blue cromis
    1 yellow Tang
    3 pepermints
few blue and red leg crabs
several hitch hiker starfish and feather dusters ( and i suspect 2 bristle worms)

Most likely what it expelled was some or all of its digestive systems things like mushrooms, amens, and rics which are all pretty closely related will do this in times of stress.
