This is what the brain looks like today. Use the pic in the post on page 7 for comparison.

The brain looks cool in your tank. i saw them in by Raj, but they looked brown in the sun. I hope you get through with it.

Yeah with the natural light, it looks brown, I was surprised when I put it in the tank.

Could the brain be getting too much water flow?
    It's receiving indirect, moderate flow.

Brains don't like much flow. Could be getting stung, could be getting picked on. Give it some time to get adjusted. You can put it in your fuge and see if it is getting picked on. Mine was by my Blenny and it would come out in the fuge.

I put dual actinics in my fixture and love them . I could not decide between 420 and 460 so just got both. Very happy. I got SPS Bulbs.

they're pretty far away from the brain, 3-4 inches away, I doubt that they're being stung.

I think it may be more along the lines of too much flow.
What type of fixture do you have?

Well, the feeder tentacles were slightly out this morning and when I came home this evening, it started to inflate again but not as big as it did the first two days that I had it. I'm still contemplating on moving it to an area of less flow but the only other possible areas to put it, it may not get enough light. I'll try to put up a video soon so you guys can see how much flow it's getting in the area it's in.

Got a better vid with feeder tentacles out.
I think it looks much better now. It was probably having an off day yesterday.
