I've killed an 80 dollar fish this way. Ironically in a QT tank. Make sure it's non-toxic/aquarium safe.

No additives. No antifungal. No nothing. Just 100% Silicone.

If it doesn't say "aquarium safe", then don't assume it is.

Loctite Silicone says its aquarium safe once cured. It takes 58 hours to cure.

Well from what i read yesterday while at home depot for the same thing you are wanting to buy; i have a leaking 20 gallon high tank. I read about everysingle tube of silicone in there, and everysingle single one said that it was either not to be used in aquariums, or was not recommended if it was going to be continuosly under water. Moreover, i found some that are aquarium safe, but not at home depot, here is the link Petsmart.com

Any of those three would work, they are all the same thing just in different sizes.
