    I disagree. In order to reseal your tank, you need to take the entire aquarium apart, clean the silicone off all the glass and use either Momentive RTV103 or 108.

    Take the entire tank apart??! I'm just re-sealing it, not repairing a broken pannel.

    The silicone between the pains is what holds the tank together and keeps it from leaking. You also said it is being held together by gorilla glue, this will fail.

    The tank isn't being held together by Gorilla glue, the trim is. Sorry, I wasn't being very clear. :-[

    Is the silicone I currently have safe to use or not?
