    Has anyone every use this brand in a build? Sila Seal it is an industrial grade silicone that says when cured and washed is food contact safe. I look up the fda regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 and it says can be used in packaging, transport, and so on. It is clear and comes in a regular 10 oz. tube. Figure it is alot cheaper than 6 bucks for a 3 oz tube from a pet store. Beside we have this stuff by the case at the shop. Oh here is the part number 1233 100.

    As long as it is not anti-microbial or mold and mildew resistant it should be OK.
