I've had my wild caught percs for several months now. They originally lived in my 45 FOWLR . I decided to move that tank to the basement fish room so the clowns moved into the 75 reef. I thought that maybe they'd take up residence in one of my xenia colonies, but oddly enough they have chosen a colony of zoos as their home. The male actually swims between the polyps and they both shimmy along the top of them. Anyone ever heard of this before?? This first pic shows the male in his favorite hiding spot ::)

What clowns will end up hosting in varies with each individual. Some clowns will never take up with any coral in the tank while others are seemingly completely unselective. We have one at the store which has taken up with a large feather duster and after a couple of days the feather duster has not minded at all.

my pair of clowns have a thing for my tree coral they snuggle with it , lay down on there sides, and even lay face down in it. clowns just have weird habits before they took to the coral they would be up in the top corner of the tank at night either staying face down or face up being totally vertical until i turned on the lights.
