I would like to add, that I am critical about my tanks until I get them to where I think they should be as far as stocking and equipment.

As far as the sound part, I got that covered too. I own my own DJ Service and carry 5,400 watts with me to gigs. The subs are bridged down to 4 ohms so I can shake a cup off a table in less then 5 minutes. ;D
The fish don't care too much for the Cerwin Vega's in the house though and neither does my wife.....but I like to sit down to some Godsmack and watch the fish. Nothing like listening to some angry white man music and watching the tank..8)

For awhile I couldn't find a spot for this one recliner so I plunked it down in the middle of my bedroom, about 3 feet in front of my reef tank. I spent quite a bit of time in that chair staring at the reef and relaxing. I've also had my desk next to the tank which proved to be a great way to procrastinate.
Of course, all that tank-watching led to quite a bit of rearrangement of rock and coral and at least 2 DIY projects...

Can't count the number of times I have been late for something because the tank catches my attention.

I can get lost in it for hours at a time. Usually when family is watching TV - I am watching else. :p
