    Pink makes me think of 2 things.

    Coralline
    Cyanobacteria

    If slimy cyano and should come off easily. But it looks like you have the beginnings of coralline on the rocks and that would be my first guess.

    Looks like cyano to me get a cheap tooth brush and rub it off

    Edit: I ment if it doesn't rub off with small effort it's prolly Coralline
