Do you dump the cup and replace or do you often scrub the muck out of the cup?

I empty the cup, spray it out with the kitchen sprayer, then wipe out all the funkiness with a dry paper towel. Do not use any antibacterial soaps or other cleansers, their residues could get into your system.

I dump it and rinse out the inside but not the neck. I've heard a grimy neck helps the bubbles collect better.

I remove the cup, dump the cup, and then i wash the cup with tap water and then rinse a few times with RO/DI. Usually I do it when the cup is full or whenever I'm doing a water change or other maintenece. :)

I clean the lid off pretty good too mainly because I get bubbles foaming out of the little air holes in the top of mine and I get gunk all over the top of the outside.

I rinse mine off in the sink, use my hand to get all the built up gunk out. shake all the excess water off and put the cup back on. nothing fancy but works for me so far.
