Skimmer filling up really fast

so the skimmer is still pulling a crazy amount of water. I had emptied it about 2 hours ago and is already almost half way full, and the color is still light, the bubbles coming out of the intake tube has stopped, and the collection cup is foaming like crazy.

Any other ideas?

 

Have you looked at the pump where the air line hooks to it and checked to see if the air intake port maybe plugged. you will have to take the airline off the pump to check it.

 

i havent had the time, but i will tomorrow. Do you think that's more than likely the problem? Skimmer is only 3 months old.
