I am pretty sure they make them for nano/biocubes/JBJ's....

I got a biocube oceanic skimmer for my biocube 14g.

I had a tunze, and the biocube, I was more impressed with biocube one, but they both actually held up well with my overstocked tank at the time

I have an Aqualife mini 115. It's internal and I use it in my sump. Works well and has gotten good reviews.

with a tank that small you could go with out a skimmer. frequent water changes would be sufficient for nutrient export. this would keep your tank simple.
