So my AquaC EV-120 is currently going crazy filling the collection cup every 5 seconds or so... Even with the air inlet at the lowest it can go. It's been running great for 5 months, I installed my new sump today and boom. Any ideas?

Any idea what the max level is? The water level is just below the outlet from the post skimmed water.

    Thanks!

also make sure the water level is about a inch or so below the top of the box.

Sweet thanks, it is below the gate, just barely though. It appears all is set up accurately, still going crazy... Though it has slowed down quite a bit. Now only every 5 minutes.
    Thanks again for the help!

try raising the whole skimmer inside the sump and see if that helps
