    heloo every1. im starting a 20g frag tank. im going to have a coup of fish in there to help feed my frags. im going to have a small bio-wheel rolling. im looking for a skimmer that will work with it. ive been on a few sites and cant find my size. they are either too small or too big. any1 know where i can find 1 for my tank? ty.

    I may be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that most protien skimmers do the the same regardless of size. If under size means more maintance and cleaning the larger models have larger capacity but for the most part all do the same. I not for sure and sure someone will chime in and correct me.

    all skimmer more or less work the same way, I can say that you can go to big and to small. most of the people on here and everywhere else go to big so there is a cushion if somthing goes wrong to undersize it espically at only 20 gallons would be hard but it can be done and I would advise you not to. if cheep is the name of the game odyssea skimmers work fairly well and are really cheep.
