skimmer needs 8" H20 in sump, but max H20 line is 6.7" w? pump running

    my skimmer requires 8 inches, but when the pump is running the level of the water is only at about 6.7 inches. How can I make the water in the sump higher without the water overflowing when the pump is off?

    can you shoot a pic of your sump, but maybe, increase the return flow, higher the baffles, etc, a pic of the sump and measurements will help;)
