    on sunday i did my normal 15 gallon water change but this time the skimmer went nuts when i pluged the pumps back in it is a etss sump buddy 60, i have never had it do this any ideas? i have tryed to adjust it but it makes no difference :confused:

    have you noticed any lost animals? or have you dose anything such as chemiclean, i have noticed that stuff makes skimmers go crazy

    i havent done anything more than normal, if i let it run for an hour it looks like the whole sump is a skimmer, the skimmer chamber fills with bubbles for like a squre foot

    Well one time I had the same thing, bubbles everywhere, started using carbon and it cleared up. Just a thought.

    I bet the bioballs compacted. There is a good mod that uses fishing line to keep them separated.
