I have a coralife 125 super skimmer it is a couple years old and the pump is running but there are no micro bubble's going into the reaction chamber. What would be the problem?

Try taking the input off the pump and make sure nothing is clogging the air input or blow air through the intake tube. Is water still flowing into the skimmer?

Mine did the same thing. All I did was mess with the intake of the pump a bit and it started working. Maybe the needle wheel needs to be aligned with something for it to work.

Almost the same topic I discovered an awesome tip for this skimmer. If you hook an air pump to the air intake of the pump it will skim the same regardless of water level changes. I can unplug my return pump and let the sump flood with an extra 5 inches of water and my skimmer cruises along like it doesn't even notice.

Wonder if its a polarity problem with the pump. Did you unplug the pump right before this started?

ANother part of the problem was macro algae sheets. I put it in for the and to be rude the damsel tears the sheet up and the skimmer suffers from it. If i could catch the damsel id flush her. or take her back for credit.
