Skimmer purchase up next.....which one?

I would caution you to know what you are looking at before getting some skimmer the size of a Coke can that can skim a 1000g reef off e-bay. I don't have a problem buying used. I buy plenty of stuff used. The only bad transaction was a skimmer. Your best bet for used is to search reputable reef boards for reputable reef products. You can tell. You can also tell what the history is. Just do a search of the user name and see it the person was cussing what a piece of crap it was a month ago. Buyer beware on the web. 90% of the time I got great deals AFTER I thoroughly researched what I wanted and was looking at.
