skimmer q

Okay I have tiny bubbles going into my reaction chamber. But nothing going into the tube that goes into the collection cup. I can get it to go up there but when I do I am putting alot of air into the tank and this thing is noisy. Do I just need to keep messing with it until I get the exact setting or am I missing something here. You want to know what it looks like check this link

with skimmers you get what you pay for. did you try to contact the manufacturer for a pdf with the setup and tuning instructions? i haven't seen that model of skimmer before.
